oracle lite

i hope anybody can help me.
i have a export file from a oracle 8 server. this file i will import in a oracle lite database but i found no way to do this. the only what i found is the import from a plain ascii file to create tables etc.. in this way i found the imp80.exe but it don't work, he will allways connect to a database but not to the local oracle lite. have anyone a solution for me.
