Backing up Row on Insert to table from cursor

Need urgent help on how to backup to the last row inserted to insert more information in that row from the new row in the cursor. what should of been separate column names are names stored in one column called keyname and their associated value is stored in another column called valchar. Trying to flip the table and insert into the columns where these names and vlaues should of been.
