In the registry, choose Software, Oracle and create (modify) the entry 'LOCAL' and put your database alias there (ie. 'ORCL'). You still have to type in your username and password. If you want to bypass that, you have to create a shortcut to Sqlplus. Add "userid=<usernam>/<password>").
