Posting ads in discussion groups is considered rude.

Please post jobs in the appropriate jobs groups. THere should be plenty of Canadian specific groups. Also, Oracle jobs can be posted on comp.databases.oracle.marketplace

You should also consider the news groups are distributed world wide. Describing locations as: "West End" is useless. Is that West of London, New York, Detroit, Montreal, ... ?
