upgrade Forms3 to Forms4.5

Hi,

i want to test a migration of forms3 to forms4.5. now i have a problem to migrate the menus. to convert i hav to load the definition from a database. ok. i got an export from these tables but i have forms4.5 only.
can sombody give me the description
of forms3 tables, so i can these
tables create tempolary.
