ORACLE block utilization

Can you have different table data within the same block? In other words can two non-clustered tables share the same block?

If not, then my next question is answered. If so, if you issue the alter table command with a different PCTUSED or PCTFREE clause how does that affect the other table?

Thanks for all your help
