Hi,

I have a problem creating a new database under NT.

SVRMNGR> startup nomount pfile=...
ORA-00064: object is too large to create on this O/S

and when I remove the remote_login_passwordfile optie from the pfile, and try it again:

SVRMNGR> startup nomount pfile=...
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

I have admin rights in NT. Does anybody know what is happening here?

thanks in advance,
