How to install D2K Users Manual?

I need to install the Users Manual of D2K. I checked the D2K CDROM, there are several documentation files, but it seems the files I found are all for the Oracle System Administrators e.g. Installation Guide, they are not for users.

Does anybody know where to find the Users Manual of D2K, version 2.1? How to install them? and how to use it?
