Oracle Replication

Does anyone know of a good tool that will enable replication between an Oracle database and Microsoft SQL Server. Both run on Windows NT based systems. The specific requirements are:
Transactional data housed on Oracle must be captured and moved to SQL Server for a web-based application. Changes to SQL Server data must also be captured and moved back to the Oracle database. Because of the particular application, batch copy or bulk loading of the database changes will not be sufficient. I need as close to real-time as possible. Additionally, not all data must be moved, so, in the interest of performance and resources, I need to subset the data.
Is there any software out there that will handle this for me?

Thanks in advance.
