Oracle 8 installs \net80\admin
Oracle 7 or earlier installs \network\admin

If you have \network, you problably have a version of oracle prior to 8 installed in the past. \network is NOT installed automatically when you install oracle 8.

Oracle uses net8 while earlier versions uses sql*net.

The OracleTNSListener80 service can be started automatically as a service in Windows NT control panel under services.
