To be more specific:
until 8:00 am users can't connect to the database, ORA-12500 error. after 8:00 am: no problem
I'm thinking about oracle profile or some side effect of a non-oracle tool scheduled somewhere on the network or server.

A friend told me he had this error on linux, it was a permission issue on binaries. I think this can't apply to my case, maybe yours.
