Des 2.11 installation win/98. Error : " The oracle80.exe file is linked to missing export NZ80.dll : nztpfvec ". --> Help needed.

Unable to start database after installing designer 2.11 (trial) s/w
due to following error message.



" The oracle80.exe file is linked to missing export NZ80.dll : nztpfvec ".



platform : personal oracle 8.0.3 (trial) on win 98



I can start & connect to the database normally before installing des 2.11.
The problem


occurs after installing des 2.11 and when trying to start the database. When
installing des 2.11, the installer had copied 8.0.4 support files . I tried
without choosing 8.0.4


files, but to no help.



I have checked with oracle support, but in vain.



any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
