Tooltip for multi-record item with Developer/2000

Hi,
I have a multi-record block and I'm trying to set a different tooltip for each of the records, depending on their values. Is there a way to do that ? I noticed that TOOLTIP_TEXT is only available for SET_ITEM_PROPERTY, but not for SET_ITEM_INSTANCE_PROPERTY.

I also tried to set the tooltip in the WHEN-MOUSE-ENTER trigger, but then no tooltip is displayed.

Any ideas ?
