Need to execute procedure or package

I inherited responsibility for a small database that has as far as I am told one stand alone procedure and a package with what looks like three procedures. I don't know how to run these. Can someone tell me how? Thanks.

The package is supposed to delete non-matching records (matches record from one table to this table), then update the matched records, then add new records. The procedure I believe is to initially load the table from the other table. Hope that explains something for you.
