OAS Network Socket Error

Hello everybody,
I am trying to run Oracle Forms50 on the web. I am working Windows NT 4.0 Workstation with SP3. My form works alright but everynow and then I get the following error.
FRM-9999: A network error occured, the client will not be able to continue.
Details:
Java Exception:
java.net.SocketException: Socket closed. at java.net.SocketInputStream.read(Compile Code).
