OWAS is a server product and as such I'm pretty sure there is no Win95 version. There is, however, a WinNT version. You can get a free 30-day trial from Oracle's website (www.oracle.com). Also, the book 'Oracle Web Application Server Handbook' from the Oracle Press includes a trial-version CD of OWAS for WinNT.
