If you are talking about objects on the layout editor, then for each item in the layout editor, under the printer codes tab. There is a before and after fields. In there you may enter printer codes prior to the item and after the item.

If you are talking about initialization escape sequences, then look at the printer definition file(*.prt files in $ORACLE_HOME/reports25/printers). Get more information from your Reports 2.5 documentation about these files. You may use a corresponding file per report, or rename one of the .prt files to dflt.prt. dflt.prt is the default printer definition file.
