Can I install a single-user Oracle in my Win98?

HI,

I am a new student undertaking database subject in Oracle now. I wonder if I can set up a single-user Oracle in my home computer, in this case I could practice it without going to the Uni's lab. That will be very convenient for me to study at home. Any site about single-user Oracle download sites and installation instructions?
