Depending on the version of the Oracle database engine you are using, you may want to look at WebDB. It is a new Oracle product which is a Web based development tool. It will allow you to develop dynamic web pages plus allow browsing of your Oracle database objects. I understand that it will work on versions of Oracle 7.3.4 - Oracle 8i.
