Replication of packages/procedures via tape

Has anybody had any experience with replication of packages/procedures between two Oracle servers via tape?

We have two systems which cannot be connected by a physical network and so any data that travels between them has to be via media.

There are a number of packages which are used through the Oracle web server that need to be transferred from the master to the slave so that the other users have full access to some applications.

Thanks in advance..
