Two products come to mind, Quest's SQL*Navigator - an excellent gui tool to navigate a db (and a very elegant query and plsql tool) - http://www.quests.com/, there was a similar product called TOAD, but I haven't seen much of it lately - you might pick it up via a WebFerret search (http://www.ferretsoft.com) - c'est la vie.....
