Hello !

From the command line it looks like you are running the COS3021 as a batch program ie. without user interaction.

The following events have happened:

Some application error has occurred.
Sql*Form writes the error message to the Screen which in this case. is the NULL device.
Sql*Form writes the hint <Press RETURN to continue> (or somthing similar) to the Screen.
Sql_Form tries to read the <RETURN> from the keyboard, but the Keyboard is also the NULL device, which can only deliver an End-of-File.
Sql*Form aborts because of the EOF from the "keyboard".

You need to rerun your Form interactively to se the real error which forced Sql*Forms
to abort.
