Oracle Corp. has some private forums that are accessible if you have Metal Support. If you do not know what support level your company has, simply try to sign up at http://www.oracle.com/support/elec_sup/ml_login.html Enter all supportnumbers you have, including datbaase support, for otherwise you'll only get partial access.

MetaLink is a great resource! In the near future it will even allow you to enter a new TAR (if it is not a top urgent problem).
