We have a 16-bit Visual Basic application that connects to an Oracle 7.3 database using 16-bit ODBC Q+E drivers from Intersolv. All of the client PCs run Win95 and a new application that is 32-bit (written in VB5 using RDO data access) will also need to connect to this same Oracle 7.3 database.

The application is being developed right now with PersOracle8 on the developers machine and using the Microsoft ODBC for Oracle driver. When it comes time to deploy this 32-bit application to the clients, what special requirements will be necessary (i.e. Oracle support files, etc.) for this app to connect with the MS ODBC for Oracle 32-bit driver while the original 16-bit application continues to function and connect via the 16-bit Q+E Intersolv drivers? Thank you.
