Hello everyone,

I am considering to take the OCP exams in the near future, and it seems that there are only a few books available for this.

  1. OCP training guide by William Baird
  2. Oracle Certified Professional Dba Certification Exam Guide by Jason S. Couchman
  3. Oracle DBA Exam Cram for Test 1 and Test 2 and Oracle DBA Eam Cram fro Test 3 and Test4 by Michael R. Ault

The OCP training guide is a rather new book, and it is on top of my list for now.

I am System Analyst who has to do many Oracle related tasks. I was also DBA of an Ingres database for almost two years, so I believe I have some basic understanding of the concepts. I am hoping that as I learn and get more experiences from my current job, plus some studying material, I will be ready to take the exams in a few months.

Any suggestions? Which book you think is the best?

Please contact me either posting here or email me at mleung_at_intelus.com or mleung_at_earthlink.net

thanks
