Rob:

You need SQL*NET and a slew of registry entries on all client machines accessing the Oracle Server. The easiest way is to intall the Oracle Client. You will need to know the name of the server , the name of the Oracle instance you want to connect to and the protocol your Oracle was set up to listen on.
Next create an ODBC DSN for MS Access to use.
