Now i have the answer: there is a bug in the driver. The DLL "SQO32S73.DLL" located in %ORACLE_HOME%\ODBC250 with verstion stamp 2.5.3.01.00 is buggy must be fix with path 2.5.01.06 (located by ORACLE). The timeout problem are fixed.
