We have the same problem with version 2.5 where I work. I think it is a bug. Previous versions don't have this problem and neither does the MS Oracle ODBC driver. I am currently using version 2.0.3.1.1 and don't have this problem but unfortunately this version has problems with Union joins. I personally like the MS driver better and use that on my web server but for Access applications I use the Oracle driver since that is what our IT department uses when configuring PC's.
