Upgrade to at least 7.3.4, better 8.0.5

I had same problems with all 7.3.2..... and 7.3.3.......

AND DO IT FAST !!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF NOT - YOU'LL BE SURPRISED how fast your database will become CORRUPTED and UNUSABLE
especially if you are running Oracle Applications (Financials)
