I'm at a company that recently implemented Oracle and they're now splitting
the company into three distinct business units. Each of the 3 will have its
own set of support functions such as HR, IT, etc. The company's trying to
evaluate whether Oracle is capable of supporting this type of structure and
how easily the transition will be (from "one" company to essentially 3
separate smaller companies).
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
