NT 4.0; Oracle 7.3.4

Hi all,
I have the problem that my default database "orcl" do not start with starting NT . The database is mounted but not started. I can start it with the svrmgr23 and the command startup.

Does anybody know how to start up the database in a script?

Could anybody tell me, why the database do not start completely when starting the service?

Thanks for all your help.
