There is no such product, the person you talked to may be confused with Oracle Video Server, whic is a high end product for delivering multiple streams of video, typically used in VOD and NVOD applications

Images can be stored in both Oracle7 and Oracle8 in the base product, I would recommend using Oracle8 with BLOBs. We also provide some cartridges that extend the database to provide image management capabilities and image searching, namely...
