I know, that it's possible from 8 version. Windows NT is multi-threaded OS, so it's hard and a little unusable to create multi-threaded enviroment on existing multi-threaded enviroment :-)

What is the reason for You to use MTS?

Well, Oracle Webserver is a web-server, Oracle Warehouse is a warehouse, Oracle Database Server is a database server, etc... It's not a OS :-)
