How to retrieve multiple row recordsets in Visual Basic with ADO/RDO?

Hi,


I need an efficient method for returning
multiple rows back to the Visual Basic Form
using ADO ( ActiveX Data Object ) or


RDO ( Remote Data Object ).



  Please send me examples/codes to handle this requirement.
