Intelligent Agent under 7.3.2 fails with "FAILED TO AUTHENTICATE USER"

At first i've created a repository under the user SYSTEM to enable the OEM.
Then i modified the TNSNAME.ORA and inserted following lines:

     MCLIN_oemagent.world =
       (DESCRIPTION =
         (ADDRESS_LIST =
             (ADDRESS =


               (COMMUNITY = tcp.world)


               (PROTOCOL = TCP)


               (Host = medica-oracle)


               (Port = 1999)

         )
       )

A TOPOLOGY.ORA was built with the "Network Topology Generator". After that i created a SNMP.ORA.
Under the user SYSTEM i ran the two scripts CATBLOCK.SQL and CATSNMP.SQL.
Now the Agent was succesfully configured, but when i tried to run a backup script in the OEM
the job terminated with "FAILED TO AUTHENTICATE USER"...

Would anyone be so nice and give me a hint what to do??? Thank you.
