export error !!

Hello :
  Anybody knows what that error is , when i try to do an export the database ??

EXP-00008: found error 4068 ORACLE
ORA-04068: the pakets state are cancel
ORA-04067: package body "SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION" not run because donīt

exist
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: Did not find the library
