10.7 NCA Forms - client side

Does anyone have experience with 10.7 NCA Forms as far as overhead for the client?
The reported 233Mhz/128RAM seems rather fat for a thin client! I've also heard this only works with Nestscape's browser?

If this is the case lt looks like MIS is going to stay in locked in the closet for a few more years and continue to crank out reams of paper.
