Hi,



Wondering if there are any tools that would read (or be taught) a given
Oracle DB's schema (and data patterns) and deliver an expert
system....i.e knowledge management.



For example, after reading/teaching a ERP system, I could ask



'Why did the gross margins go down for product X'?



I am not concerned about the the 'what' question....eg; What were the
gross margin last quarter ?
