Oracle e Informix

Some product, tool exists or which is the way to make that Informix and Oracle converses, that is to say I have 2 databases:

Fisrt Database
Server: SUN enterprise 4000
O.S: Sun Solaris 2.5
Database: ORACLE 7.3.3.0.2

Second Database
Server: Compaq Proliant 6000
O.S.: SCO 5.0.4
Database: Informix Online 7.2.3

It is needed that both databases to carry Updates and inserts of records in both senses and in certain fields
