problem with trigger

hi all, I want to create a table say t1 such that the table should contain only one row. Is it possible for me to put some condition in the create table command so that only one row is allowed for that table t1. If the user tries to insert more than one row, it should raise an error message. Answers can be sent to hotmail id also - arunal_at_hotmail.com. Thanks in advance aruna
