Please do not post job ads in discussion groups. Since you obviously know about the various jobs groups, kindly restrict your posting there.

The only other thing I would suggest is, if you are specifically looking for ORACLE personel, post in the marketplace group (comp.databases.oracle.marketplace), not the discussion groups.
