Forms 4.5 OLE2 ??BUG under NT WKST 4.0?? !!!!

Hi there...

   I use Forms 4.5 under NT WKST 4.0 and in Windows 95 !!! I have an application that uses OLE2 to communicate to MS WORD 7.0 and merge DATA via OLE2 package !!!!
In windows 95 it all works fine ... but under NT 4.0 the form call the office template... merge data... (still all ok ) ... and when i want to exit the WORD to return to the FORM the FORM blocks and crash !!!! What can it be ???
