Connect Oracle under Windows 95 with 16 bit application

Hi all,


    I need to connect to Oracle 8 server under Windows 95 using a 16 bit application.
    Everytime I try to connect it give me a error



   ORA-09241: Message not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA; language=NULL



    Is there something I miss out during the setup.
    Please advise.
