pl\sql rowtype and INSERT

I want to be able to insert a PL/SQL rowtype variable into a table.  All
of the emails accessed via dejanews responded with a 'no'.



This seems like such a great feature to have.  Does anyone know of a way
to push a rowtype var into a table?
