You have run out of room in your TEMP (sort area) tablespace. You should look to see how big it is and either 1) add a datafile to expand the space available to sort with and/or 2) defrag the tablespace to make the free space more accessible then 3) resize the initial, next, and pctincrease parameters to make better use of the available area.
