You think you can where you actually can not. You'd better check the manuals and give it a second thought. Besides there is no reason for insulting and names-calling. Thomas Kyte clearly outlined why your suggestion would not work, and to admit that you stand corrected would be=  a

As long as I'm reading the oracle newsgroups (must be two years now) I've seen Thomas Kyte help a great deal of people with great postings and outstanding technical advice. What have you contributed to this group ? What I have seen from you so far in =
