Get list of aval Databases (from tnsnames?)

Hi. I need a way to get a list of all aval databases on the client. I can read
the tnsnames.ora but this seems a bit tedius, plus it is not always located in
the same place from pc to pc. Is there a function I can call to return back a
list? Thanx!
