How can I insert binary files into Oracle??

Hi...

I would like to create the following table in Oracle..

Name - varchar(20);
Class - varchar(20);
Picture - long raw .. how can I insert a binary file, in this case a bitmap-picture, into

	                 a single row of an Oracle table? I believe long raw is
the correct
		     format...
