Big picture

I've got 1000 desktops running win 3.11.

1/3 can run NT with the present hardware configuration
1/3 can run NT with more ram ~$30,000.00
1/3 can run NT by being replaced ~$300,000.00

What do you suggest I do?
	Everyone switch to Win95
	Everyone switch to Linux (has dos emulation for old custom apps)
	Implement in a browser based environment (I don't know what that implies)
	Go to Vegas and hope I win big
