setting up Reports Server NT service

Hello, All.

Just one quick question. I installed OAS Reports Server and created the Reports Server NT service, but when I try to start the service, I get a service specific error 186. I did everything the docs said to do:

added line to tnsnames.ora
created local user (as admin) and gave rights to run as service assigned that user to the report server service.

What's missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
